DNS SmartFix offers DNS failover, monitoring, IP/URL detection, and bot protection services. Specific service limits depend on your selected subscription plan.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

  • You are responsible for securing your login credentials and enabling 2FA.

  • You must not misuse our services or attempt to interfere with their operation.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

  • All plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Add-ons and upgrades are billed separately.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Refunds are issued only if cancellation is made within 7 days of initial purchase.

6. Downtime and Liability

While DNS SmartFix strives for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Termination

DNS SmartFix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms or engaging in abusive behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
